Woven mesh is a net-like product made by interweaving or twisting filamentary materials such as metal wires and fiber wires. Selection Points
- For filtration/screening: Choose plain weave/twill weave/Dutch weave mesh, with focus on mesh count, precision and corrosion resistance of materials.
- For protection/load-bearing: Choose crimped wire mesh/chain link mesh, paying attention to wire diameter, mesh size and tensile strength.
- For high-temperature/acid-alkali environments: Prioritize 316L stainless steel and nickel-titanium alloy.
- For food/pharmaceutical applications: Must use 304/316 food-grade mesh with smooth surface, easy cleaning and no burrs.
Packing:
In rolls, wrapped with waterproof paper then covered with hessian cloth. Special packing may be arranged if necessary.
